The competitive procedure will consist of two stages:
1. Qualification selection
2. Request for commercial proposals
At the first (current) stage, it is necessary to answer the questions of the qualification questionnaire, attaching a number of documents confirming the answers. Also attach the initial Commercial Proposal to the bid.. Please CAREFULLY study the file "Invitation in the tender documentation" so as not to make a mistake in the supporting documents.
Documents that are not related to the questions of the qualification questionnaire do not need to be attached to the bid.
At the second stage, the Bidders who have passed the qualification selection will submit their commercial proposals in the form of an bid on the B2B platform.
After receiving the initial commercial proposals and conducting their comparative analysis, Bidders will be sent an additional invitation to submit their improved proposal.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
