Comments:
To participate, you need to submit an bid to the site and provide samples by May 28, 2024. The address and contact person are indicated in the invitation.
To the bid, it is mandatory to upload to the B2B platform a completed Contractual Counterparty card in appendix No. 3 in excel format and a completed qualification questionnaire in the attached form No. 2 in the procedure form with the provision of documents specified in the questionnaire, namely:
- Availability of own production facilities and equipment for printing and post-printing works. Provide a certificate of ownership/lease agreement, list /photo of equipment;
- Provision of a portfolio for working with federal retail chains - portfolio content: projects where advertising materials were implemented – identical or similar in technology to those presented in the Customer's Requirements Specification. Photo, visualization, production period, geography, circulation;
- Availability of delivery to regional distribution centers (RC) according to the Requirements Specification - provide a letter of guarantee;
- Availability of support in terms of design and layout layout - provide staffing table/ contract.

Bids from Bidders will not be considered without downloading these documents.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
