The competitive procedure will consist of two stages:
1. Qualification selection
2. Request for commercial proposals
At the first stage, you only need to answer the questions of the qualification questionnaire and attach a number of documents (see the file of the tender documentation "Invitation to the tender procedure").
At the second stage, the participants who have passed the qualification selection will submit their initial commercial proposals. After receiving the initial proposals and conducting their comparative analysis, the participants of the competition will be sent an additional invitation to submit their improved proposal. The competition will not be completed until you receive an additional invitation to submit an improved offer.*
