Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

- 04. sos_ Declaration of compliance with the requirements: EXCEL format and PDF with the seal of the enterprise and the signature of the head).
The prices must be indicated on the E-Marketplace for each lot in the currency of the procedure, excluding VAT.
The ongoing request for proposals is not a Tender (a competitive bidding process form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations for the Customer at the Supplier's choice.
The quantity of goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity specified in the bid documentation is indicative and represents the amount that can be selected / not selected / exceeded by X5 Retail during the term of the contract concluded with the winner of the procurement procedure. The number of purchased goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity can be reduced unilaterally by X5 Retail Group, including after selecting a winner and concluding a contract with him.
The request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process and is not subject to the requirements of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. X5 Retail Group is not obliged to choose the winner according to the procedure and has the right to complete it by rejecting all bids received.
