Comments:
The competitive procedure will consist of two stages:
1. Qualification selection
2. Request for commercial proposals
At the first stage, you need to answer the questions of the qualification questionnaire by attaching a number of documents confirming the answers. You will also need to attach a file with a preliminary KP to the application.
I ask you to CAREFULLY study the file "Invitation in the tender documentation" so as not to make a mistake in the supporting documents. Documents that are not related to the questions of the qualification questionnaire do not need to be attached to the application.
At the second stage, the participants who have passed the qualification selection will submit their commercial proposals.
After receiving the initial commercial proposals and conducting their comparative analysis, the participants of the competition will be sent an additional invitation to submit their improved proposal.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
