Comments: this request is not a public offer. 1) Please note that participation in the competition means acceptance of the contract form of the buyer.
2) Be sure to attach a commercial proposal in electronic form.
3) Commercial proposal shall specify the product manufacturer, product availability, production time, time of delivery to the Supplier's warehouse, cargo dimensions (weight, volume, number of containers), dispatching point;
4) The supplied products must be new, not previously used;
5) The supplied products shall be accompanied with conformity certificates, passport, quality confirming
certificate;
6) Before shipment, be sure to fill out a packing list (see example in procurement
documentation), stick packing list on the packaging of the supplied products, copies of documents shall be sent to the customer by e-mail.

Submitted commercial proposal shall specify:
1. Price for goods with included transport costs to the city of Aldan (with VAT);
2) Certificates of conformity;
3) References to the manufacturer;
4) Payment terms;
5) Delivery time;
6) Supplier's attitude to delivered products (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer);
7) warranty.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
