1. Commercial proposals, signed and stamped on the organization's letterhead, are accepted for consideration.
KP upload to the contest in two formats: 1. PDF with print and artist contacts 2. Excel or Word. Required to complete the TAP Annex Form (see Tender Documents)


2. Required Payment Terms: 100% upon delivery to the supplier's warehouse within 60 calendar days.
Offers with less than 60 calendar days deferral are not subject to review.

3. The mandatory condition for all bidders is to agree to our corporate requirements on the form of the contract, especially payment terms and penalties.
For NEW VENDORS, attach a letter of consent to our corporate requirements on the contract form.

4. Attach: Member's confirmation that he is a factory manufacturer or authorized dealer, certificate of conformity, quality certificate, reference list of similar deliveries for 5 years.

5. Priority for transportation and logistics through the Nakhodka commercial port, data is attached for interaction with the logistics company. The company is a member, has the right to choose the logistics companies for prompt delivery to Pavlik JSC.

6. The TAP expires 45 calendar days.
