Comments:
1. Acceptance of the Customer agreement text
2. This lot is a procedure of price harmonization with further conclusion of a long-term contract up to 31.12.2018.
3. The amount of the contract will be determined after price coordination and selection of suppliers.
4. Fixation of prices for the period of validity of the contract.
5. It is preferable to put offers for all positions.
7. Each batch of products subject to delivery shall have the following original accompanying documents:
- Certificates of conformity with blue seal or quality passports with blue seal, technical passports of the product, as well as other documents, the presence of which is established by federal laws, other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation-1 copy.
- Original invoice-1 copies.
- Consignment note (Form № Auction-12)-2 copies.
The invoice and the consignment of the trade-12 form are transferred to the buyer together with the product.
8. The customer has the right to refuse to conclude the contract without explanation.
9. Delivery will be carried out only in the actual requirement with the signing of the specifications.
10. Payment within 30 days from the moment of receipt of the goods and originals of invoices by "buyer".
10. Taking part in a lot means agreeing to the above conditions in its entirety. In the future at the conclusion of the contract the text of the contract is not subject to change.

Be sure to attach a commercial offer with the terms and conditions of delivery, in paper form, signed by the manager.
