Payment terms:The Buyer pays for the delivered Products by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account in the following order:
- 100% payment is made within 60 (Sixty) calendar days from the date of actual receipt of the products by the Buyer, but not earlier than 45 (Forty-five) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products at the Buyer's warehouse and the submission of the documents specified in clause 3.1.4. and 3.1.10 of the contract. The date of performance by the Buyer of its obligations is the date of debiting of funds from the Buyer's settlement account.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
