Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Non-cash payment. Advance payment is not foreseen, proposals implying advanced payment will not be considered. Payment shall be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of the Products by the Buyer. Proposals implying a payment deferral of over 30 days shall be considered at the maximum possible term - 30 days.
Delivery terms:1. Fixing prices for the period until the conclusion of the contract. 2. Products must be new. 3. The tools being a part of a consolidated shipment shall be packaged according to the names and technical characteristics, packing list shall be attached to each composed package. Each package shall be marked. 4. The supplier undertakes to supply products, past the mandatory certification or declaration of conformity in accordance with the applicable requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. 5. When supplying products necessarily provide conformity certificates, passports, warranty cards, manuals in Russian. 6. The number of delivered products may be adjusted by the customer depending on production needs. 7. Delivery time – by the 20th day of the required delivery month.
