Unconditional acceptance of the draft contract for the supply of products of PJSC "Izhstal". The winning organization that does not have a valid contract with PJSC "Izhstal" must, within one day, load the following documents into the system, which are necessary for entering into an agreement:
1. A copy of the certificate of registration of the enterprise;
2. Copy of tax registration certificate;
3. A free-form counterparty card containing the following information: full company name, legal and actual address, name of the manager, name of the chief accountant, phone numbers, fax numbers, bank account details, including the bank address;
4. A copy of the last income statement (form № 2);
5. A certificate from the tax inspectorate at the place of registration of the absence of tax arrears and other obligatory payments;
6. A power of attorney or other document confirming the right to sign financial documents of an official.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
