The decision on selection of the supplier in accordance with the results of the request for proposals shall be made by the Tender Committee/Sub-Committee of OAO AVTOVAZ. - For entering into agreement the selected supplier shall provide the documents listed in Annex No. 3 to OAO AVTOVAZ. - Tender Committee/Sub-Committee of OAO AVTOVAZ reserves its right not to declare any winners.
