Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment instrument - non-cash payment. Payment terms - within 5 days after 60 days from receipt of payment request by the Financial department of OAO "AVTOVAZ".

Comments:
Minimum factory order size – 10 kg. The standard contract as worded by OAO Avtovaz is to be concluded. The Supplier will be chosen based on the results of request for proposals - decision will be made by Tender Committee / Sub-Committee of OAO "AVTOVAZ". - In order to conclude the contract, the selected supplier shall provide to OAO "AVTOVAZ" the documents listed in Attachment 3 - Tender Committee / Sub-Committee of OAO "AVTOVAZ" reserves the right to choose no winner out of the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
