Please note that the offer provided by you in this Supplier Request must be made in the form of an offer in accordance with Art. 435 and 436. The Civil Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter the Civil Code) with a period of acceptance within 7 days from the date of receipt. This offer may not be withdrawn by you within the specified time limit for acceptance. There is no fee for making an irrevocable offer.
This Invitation does not constitute a public offer in accordance with the Russian Civil Code.
This Enquiry shall not constitute a tender (including in the form of a tender, auction or other form) or a public tender governed by Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not impose upon Salavatseklo LLC Caspian" obligations under the aforementioned articles of the Civil Code, as well as the obligations to conclude a contract with the person who sent the best offer.
The request can be cancelled at any time before the results are summed up.
If the terms and conditions of the Request are changed or cancelled, costs incurred by any person in connection with the Enquiry, including those related to participation in negotiations, will not be reimbursed.
The selection of the most advantageous offer for Salavatseklo Caspian LLC is based on the evaluation of the following criteria:
- Payment within 30 calendar days of the date of delivery is preferred
- the preferred contract is to conclude the Salavatseklo Caspian LLC model form (the contract form can be provided to the selection participant upon request);
Salavatseklo Caspian LLC has the right to refuse to participate in the Request in the following cases:
- No bid with price, delivery time, terms of delivery and payment attached;
- the offer is received after the expiration of the deadline
- the terms of the offer do not comply with the terms of this notice;
- the offer contains false information;
- The bidder is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or is subject to insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings;
- in any other case through internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.
Salavatseklo Caspian LLC has the right not to motivate its decision to determine the winner of the selection.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
