Delivery terms:Delivery time - August. Transportation costs for delivery of goods to the Consignee's warehouse (or to shipping company's warehouse in Omsk) are paid by the Supplier.

Comments:
1) The participant must be a user registered in "B2B-Cordiant" Trade and Procurement system at http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure, and have the rights of the Participant of the System. 2) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier. 3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt incurring no liability. 4) By participating in the bidding Supplier agrees, if awarded the contract, to conclude a standard supply agreement of AO Cordiant without a protocol of disagreements and carry out the delivery subject to the conditions specified in purchase announcement. 5) Be sure to attach a Commercial Offer specifying delivery time and payment terms, as well as representative's or partner's certificate. 6) Accepted will be the offers from bidders of B2B-Center only.7) In cases when the contractor is not the manufacturer of the supplied products and can not provide the documents (his status should be confirmed with the formal letter (certificate) of the products manufacturer or the information on the supplier’s status should be available at the Manufacturer’s website), his proposal for delivery of the products will be considered if he agrees to include in the supply contract a clause about the fines in the amount of 100% of the supplied consignment in case supplied are the products not-complying with the specification requirements (supply of non-genuine products), and if he agrees to provide a 100% payment deferral for not less than 14 days. 8) Contact person: Alexey V.
