If there is no tax reporting or does not allow to verify the Supplier's integrity with a sufficient degree of confidence, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of the Supplier's independent fulfillment of delivery obligations, including, but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with attached copies of employment contracts of persons involved in the performance of work, information about the ownership or lease of: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment /tools/mechanisms, vehicles.
If the specified documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
