Payment terms:
Payment terms: The price includes all transportation and customs costs. Payment is made after delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse, within 60 days
Delivery terms:
The products are delivered by the Supplier's transport (transport company) to the warehouse of PJSC "CHMK". Shipping costs are included in the product price. Delivery on DDP terms Chelyabinsk.
Comments: 1) Mandatory availability of a certificate of conformity (certificate of origin), original passports and a permit for use;
With the supplied products, provide certified quality certificates issued by the manufacturer for each item, or one for the entire batch of goods.
2) The validity period of the TAP is at least 120 DAYS. The year of production is 2022.;
3) Signing of the supply contract in the standard form of PJSC CHMK;
4) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. 5) When choosing a winner, the manufacturer of products and companies with a dealer certificate have an advantage.

8) If the participant registered in the system does not have the opportunity to independently submit an offer due to the absence of an EDS, it is possible to attach proposals sent by e-mail chmk_b2b_upo@mechel.ru .
To attach proposals on behalf of the Participant, the following documents are required:
-An offer (commercial offer), certified by the signature of an authorized person and the seal of the organization (must contain the quantity of products offered, the price per unit without VAT, the total amount without VAT, the production period, payment terms, delivery terms);
- A document establishing the right to perform actions on behalf of the counterparty (for example: charter, power of attorney);
- A letter rejecting further claims on the occasion that the offer is not submitted at the auction by the Participant himself (in free form on the company's letterhead with the signature of an authorized person).

Acceptance of proposals to the Organizer's email address is completed up to 6 hours before the end of the procedure, attachment of proposals to the auction is possible up to 4 hours before the end.
9) In case of a rebidding, the offer from the Supplier, unregistered on the B2B trading platform on a permanent basis, must be sent to the e-mail box chmk_b2b_upo@mechel.ru .
