Payment terms:
Deferral of payment 60 days from the date of delivery and submission of the originals of accounting documents (s-f, bargaining12) and copies of quality certificates. Other payment terms are being considered.
Delivery terms:
The supply of material values will be made as applications are received until 04/30/2021 with fixing the price per kg. The amount of material can vary both upward and downward. There are no penalties for shortage of products. Delivery time 5 days from the date of signing the specification. All shipping, packaging and other costs must be included in the product price.
The products must be new.
Products of Swedish production ESAB, German production of Bohler, Phoenix. Analogs are not considered.
Comments: 1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Before opening the envelopes, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity of the supplier's offer is at least 30 days.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of products must be constant for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
