Payment terms:Deferring payment 60 days from the date of delivery and delivery of original reporting documents (c-f, trag12) and copies of quality certificates. The other payment terms are considered.
Delivery terms:The goods will be delivered as applications for 31/12.2021 receive the price per kg. The amount of material can change in both larger or smaller ways. No penalties are made for product missification. Delivery time is 5 days from the date of specification signing. All shipping, packaging and other costs must be included in the cost of the products.
The products should be new.
The products are Swedish-made by ESAB, German-made by Bohler, Phoenix. Analogs are not considered.

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure through the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. To their offers electronically, participants in this procedure MUST attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list at the time the envelopes are opened at the same time as the offer is submitted and file as a scanned copy of its business offer (with delivery dates) signed by the authorized person and certified with the seal of the party organization. If a participant fails or improperly fulfillment of this requirement, the procedure organizer reserves the right not to consider that participant's offer.
The vendor offer expires at least 30 days.
3. The product supplier must be the manufacturer, either the official dealer of the manufacturer or the distributor (the supporting documents the member provides at the same time as by commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice about the holding of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
