Minimum bid increment/decrement

Comments: 1. Please, ask your questions about the procedure via the e-marketplace functionality (Requests for clarification). 2. Before bids opening, Participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals Applicant’s questionnaire and the documents (in electronic form) as provided by the questionnaire, as well as a scanned copy of their commercial proposal, signed by the responsible officer and sealed with the participant company’s stamp. In case a participant fails to meet this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of such a participant. Proposals validity period shall be not less than 30 days. 3. Supplier of the products shall be the manufacturer or an official dealer of the manufacturer, or distributor (participants shall provide the supporting documents together with the commercial proposal). 4. The price of products shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written statement of that is to be provided).
Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Section I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Section II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
