2. The winner of the request for proposals will be the Bidder who has proposed in aggregate the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notification. A certificate is required

3. The contract based on the results of the request for proposals, in case the winner is determined, will be concluded within 30 (thirty) days from the date of signing the protocol to determine the winner of the price request.

изменилось количество по позиции № 8 по причине отгрузочной нормы поставщика
Отклонить поступившее предложение по позиции № 12 по наименьшей стоимости, по причине не согласования аналога
По позиции № 2 будет проведена дополнительная работа путем сбора конкурентных предложений
