Payment terms:
100% payment upon receipt of the tmc to the intermediate warehouse in the city. Aldan, within 15 working days from the date of delivery.

By the supplier's force up to n. Nizhny Bestyakh, str. Pine 2. Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
When the goods are shipped, obligatory notification of the Buyer with the provision of copies: invoices, TRAD-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier.

Comments: 1) Please note, that participation in the bidding implies agreement with the Buyer’s contract form.

3) Reference to the manufacturer;
4) Payment terms;
5) Delivery term;
6) Supplier's relation to the supplied products (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer);
7) Warranty.
8) Full compliance of the name of the TMC in the commercial offers (hereinafter in the shipping documents) requested in the purchase.
