Applicants must provide: a commercial proposal; manufacturer’s or dealer’s certificate; conformity certificate, the list of constituent documents. Considered will be the proposals of the participants having all the listed items available. The validity of the offer shall be not less than 3 months. Supplier's participation in the tender implies agreement with the terms of delivery, standard contract form and specification. Sending of the products via a transport company (possibly via RATEK, Azimut, Steil) to Tynda station. Please note that this request is not a notification of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Part I, and Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time incurring no liability before the participants.
