In the commercial proposal there must be specified the cost of goods and materials, including VAT, including delivery costs to the warehouse of the Buyer with packing costs, the measuring units in commercial proposal shall comply with the required, relation to products (free seller, dealer, manufacturer, etc.), delivery time to the warehouse of the Buyer; warranty conditions; - the approximate volume and weight (for the whole amount); - delivery mode; - products must be new, not previously used; - transportation costs shall be specified.
