Payment within 20 working days after receipt at the Buyer's warehouse
Comments: 1. It is mandatory to attach a Commercial Proposal indicating the manufacturer. When offering equivalent products, specify the manufacturer and technical characteristics in the Commercial Proposal.
2. Products must be new, not used.
3. The products must be accompanied by: product quality certificate/passport.
4. Criteria for choosing the best offer: minimum delivery time, product quality, cost, payment terms, work experience;
5. This offer request procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
6. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this offer request procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer
7. Before shipment, it is necessary to fill in the packing list (see the example of filling in the bid documentation), paste the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send a copy to the Customer by e-mail.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
