The supply of material assets will be carried out in stages, according to the needs of the buyer. The specification fixes the price per unit of the instrument expected to be purchased before June 30, 2020, but not the volume. The cost of delivery to the buyer's warehouse in Perm is included in the cost of production. Comments: The right to conclude a contract for the supply of power tools in stock in accordance with the attached list.
The proposed analogues should not be inferior in characteristics to the declared ones. TKP must be attached to applications in electronic form with a full indication of the brand of the proposed analogue.
The selection of power tools will occur as needed from February to June 2020, inclusive. The proposed list is for guidance only. The number of purchased power tools may vary depending on production needs.

1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list at the same time as the proposal is submitted and their file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure to their proposals in electronic form. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. The presence of certificates, quality certificates and labeling upon shipment is required
