Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment shall be made within 60 calendar days after the end of the month in which the delivery took place.
Delivery terms:Transportation costs are included in the price of products based on DDP delivery basis - Kogalym, LUKOIL-AIK LLC BPO Base 174 km of Surgut-Novy Urengoy highway (Scheme attached) or to the TC terminal in Kogalym.
The delivery of the products is either one-time or in separate batches with the relevant accounting documents.

Prices are excl. VAT inclusive of transportation costs.
1. Mandatory provision:
- Reference list
- Information letter about your company;
- Quality certificates for the products offered.
2. Product Requirements:
- marking (categorizing) equipment, materials, spare parts (products) according to energy efficiency classes;
- availability of information on the efficiency of equipment, materials, spare parts (products)
3. The product must be new (official confirmation must be loaded on ETP), packaged and protected from damage.
4. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Compliance with all stated requirements;
- Offer price
- Member status (manufacturer, dealer)
- Delivery time;
- The participant's agreement with the drafting of the organizer's contract, signing the contract without a record of disagreements (official confirmation must be loaded on ETP);
- Fix the price for the entire delivery period from the time of participation in the procedure until the delivery of the goods at the customer's warehouse (official confirmation must be uploaded to the ETP).
5. The products must be delivered in accordance with the stated requirements (both regulatory requirements and additional customer requirements agreed upon by the parties).
This solicitation procedure is not a competition and is not governed by articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Russian Civil Code. Thus, this solicitation procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the customer.
This Request for Proposals is not an offer (public offer) by the promoter. The Promoter has the right to refuse to conduct the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for applications.
6. In order to avoid any risks, the Company reserves the right to check potential suppliers for integrity and integrity by any available tools and methods.
7. Suggestions from participants on the register of unscrupulous suppliers will not be accepted.

Information relating to the parameters of the purchased products and other requirements of the procurement documents should be included in the offer fields in their entirety. Failure to comply with these requirements is grounds for rejection of this proposal.
