1. Acceptance of the customer's contract text
2. This lot is a procedure of price coordination with further conclusion of a long-term contract for the period up to 31.12.2019 G.
3. The amount of the contract will be determined after price agreement and supplier selection.
4. Fixing of prices for the period of validity of the contract.
5. Placing bids on all positions.
6. The customer has the right to refuse the conclusion of the contract without explanation.
7. Delivery will be carried out only on the actual need. 8. Payment within 30-45 days from the moment of receipt of the goods and originals of invoices "buyer".
9. Acceptance of participation in the lot means acceptance of the above conditions in full. In the future, the contract text is not subject to change.
10. Lot is not divisible.
