Comments:
Guaranteed repair guaranteed. When working on construction sites, the customer requires that the degree of protection of electrical equipment is not lower than IP 54, to fulfill this requirement on a power tool, it is necessary to replace the plugs of the appropriate degree of protection. We also change the PVC supply cable to a more flexible one in rubber insulation such as KG 2x1.5; KG 2x1.0, because factory at low temperatures bursts (breaks).
When replacing the plugs, a warranty is required.

Shipment at the request of the construction site, tentatively purchased for 2019:

Angle grinder 125 - 61 pcs
Angle grinder 180-14 pcs
Angle grinder 230-14 pcs
PShM - 17 pcs.

It is required to fix the unit price for 2020.


1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Prior to the opening of envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization, to their proposals in electronic form this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
