Comments:
Necessarily guaranteed repair. When working on construction sites, the customer requires that the degree of protection of electrical equipment is not lower than IP 54; in order to fulfill this requirement, the plugs of the corresponding degree of protection must be replaced on the power tool. We also change the PVC supply cable for a more elastic rubber-insulated cable, type KG 2x1.5; KG 2x1.0, because the factory one bursts (breaks) at low temperatures.
Retention of warranty is required when replacing plugs.

Shipment at the request of the construction site, roughly purchased for 2020:

UShM 125 - 70 pieces
LBM 180 - 18 pieces
UShM 230 - 140 pieces
PShM - 20 pcs

It is required to fix the unit price from December 01, 2020 to December 31, 2021.


1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before opening the envelopes, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
