Comments:
Unconditional acceptance of the draft contract for the supply of products of PJSC Izhstal.
Compulsory loading of a commercial offer by the participating organization.
A winning entity that does not have a valid contract with Izhstal for one day must upload the following documents to the system for the conclusion of the contract:
a) a copy of the statute in the current version, with all amendments and additions marked by the tax authority;
b) copy of the legal entity's state registration certificate
c) copy of tax registration certificate
d) Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities not more than 15 calendar days prior to the date of grant
e) a copy of the tax authority's certificate on tax arrears to budgets at all levels;
f) copies of documents confirming the election and appointment of a person acting on behalf of a legal entity without power of attorney (hereinafter the head) (appointment order and minutes of the meeting of authorized bodies on election (appointment))
g) copy of the power of attorney to the right of signature in case the documents are signed by a proxy representative
h) copies of documents confirming the authority to deliver a certain type of product, as plenipotentiary representative of the manufacturer's company. This document is the dealer certificate, dealer certificate, etc. (
i) copies of thanks and feedback from customers on the subject of Price Request (at least 3)
j) copies of the QMS (Quality Management System) Certificates of the Member and the Proposed Product
k) Consent to the processing of personal data from the Participant's supervisor and/or the Participant's responsible person, as well as other persons for whom the Member provides personal data;
l) other documents that the Participant believes that it is in compliance with the requirements, with relevant comments explaining the purpose of providing these documents

Please note that this request is not a notification of the holding of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447-449 Part 1 of the Russian Civil Code, Article 1057-1061 ts.2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
Place of the procedure: This procedure is conducted electronically at the B2B-Center Group's ETP (www.b2b-center.ru). Participant proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature.
If the Participant does not have the technical ability to submit an offer through the functions of the electronic marketplace, the Procedure Organizer is free to accept an offer from such participant email IZH-B2B@izhstal.ru by uploading this offer to the site by yourself using the System functionality, subject to the following conditions:
- Participant must be registered with the System;
-Offer must arrive at the email address within 4 business hours prior to the Notification Ending Time for Offers with Mandatory Notification that person in charge on the phone.
The documents must be a formal letter to the Procurement Organizer asking the Procurement Organizer to post an electronic version of his offer and to waive any claims relating to the fact that The Offer in the System will not be placed by the Participant himself.
Procedure Venue:
This procedure is carried out electronically at the B2B-Center Group's ETP (www.b2b-center.ru). Participant proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
