I. The signing of the contract within 5 days in the Editorial Office of PJSC "Korshunovskij GOK" (see procurement documentation). II. Bought the enterprise products must strictly comply with the requirements of: 1. Products must be new. 2. The products must be a quality certificate, certificate of origin. III. The provision of statutory documents (see list in the procurement documentation) is mandatory at the time of submission of the proposal. IV. This procedure is not a competition or a public offer and is not governed by art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 CIVIL CODE.
