Indispensable condition of participation in a request for proposals and entering into a supply agreement is the status of manufacturer or dealer with the manufacturer. Confirmation of the status of supplier is needed right after the termination of the request procedure, the corresponding documents shall be provided in electronic form. It is required to provide a commercial offer; an offer shall be valid for 3 months. Please, note that this request procedure is not a notification on tender (public tender) or public offer, and it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
