Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:deferred payment of 90 days.
Delivery terms:delivery to the warehouse of the NTK. Strictly withstand the delivery time prescribed in the tender. It is obligatory to provide consignment notes and invoices (UPD) in three copies, quality documents (scanned copies before shipment, originals together with products). The cost of delivery is included in the price.

Material Requirement:

1. All analogues through approval before the tender is closed by post.
2. The supplied products must be new
3. The delivery time for the specification must be met.

Availability of documentation confirming the quality of products. In the case of delivery of products manufactured outside the EAEU, the supplier must simultaneously with the products provide copies of the GTD to the supplied products and international consignment note (CMR). Information in these documents, which is of a commercial nature, may be hidden.
It is not necessary to provide GTD and CMR in the following cases:
1. Positions costing less than 50 000 rub without VAT on one nomenclature in the specification/invoice.
2. Positions which are purchased from the official Dealer/distributor/trading house provided that the manufacturer/supplier of the actual Sertficata/letter confirming the official dealer.
