Payment terms:There is no advance. Deferred payment 60 days from delivery and delivery of original reporting documents (c-f, bidd12) of original quality passport, copies of certificates of conformity. The payment terms are being considered.
Delivery terms:Delivery to the terminal of TK Business lines in the city. Krasnokamsk, or to the buyer's warehouse. All shipping, packaging and miscellaneous costs must be included in the product price.
The products must be new.

Comments:
Attach a Quote with terms and conditions of delivery, payment procedure.
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Participants in this procedure MUST attach the Applicant Questioning Form and the list documents to their electronic proposals at the same time as submitting the proposal and file in the form of a scanned copy of its offer signed by an authorized person and certified with the seal of the organization participating in the procedure (MANDATORY).
Vendor offer expires at least 30 days.
3. The supplier of the product must be the manufacturer, or the manufacturer's authorized dealer or distributor (the participant provides supporting documents at the same time as by a commercial offer).
4. The cost of the product must be the same for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. It is mandatory to provide quality certificates and passports, technical documentation.

Note: This Request for Proposals is not a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Therefore, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to withdraw all Proposals received for any Proposals received cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
