Payment terms:
The postponement of payment is at least 45 calendar days from the date of delivery of goods to the consignee's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
Supply terms - March-April. Transportation costs for delivery of goods to the warehouse of the consignee (or to the shipping company warehouse in Omsk) bears the Supplier.
Comments: 1) The participant must be a user registered in the Trade - procurement system "B2B Cordiant" on site http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with established procedure, have the rights of System Participant. 2) All prices in the proposal should include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the value of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by supplier. 3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code.
