Payment terms:The payment shall be made buy the Buyer as soon as the Supplier issues a duly executed invoice in the name of the Buyer. The Buyer shall pay 100% of the cost of the supplied Products within 20 (twenty) days from Products receipt by the Buyer and signing the Acceptance Certificate or other acceptance confirming document by the Parties

Please note, that this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Section I, and Articles 1057-1061, Section II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Participants shall upload a commercial proposal executed on the company's letterhead paper, signed by the responsible person. Conformity certificates shall be provided. A quotation submitted via the E-marketplace, shall correspond to the price stated in the commercial proposal.
