Auto-extension

Payment terms:1. Prices must be specified taking into account the cost of transport to the buyer's warehouse or Terminal TC in Novosibirsk
2. payment 100% within 30 business days from receipt of goods to a warehouse of the addressee.
3. Payment for goods can be carried out by the buyer by passing banking Provider bills SAT RF with maturity of 30 days. The Bill is carried out according to the Act of acceptance.
Delivery terms:1. Replacement of the materials specified in the application to similar is not allowed.
2. The goods are delivered in batches during the year 2018 in accordance with the application for delivery of the goods. For each batch is issued a separate specification.
3. Delivery time delivery to the warehouse of the buyer or to Novosibirsk-until 30 days after the signing of the relevant data sheet
