Payment terms:Advance payment in the amount of the costs for the mobilization of personnel, equipment and the purchase of materials, but not more than 30% of the contract amount.

The final payment is made upon completion of the work, provided that there are no comments within 15-60 calendar days from the date of signing the act of completed work.

Contractor/The contractor can provide its own payment terms that differ from the TOR.

Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
1. В коммерческом предложении (по прилагае- мой форме) должны быть указаны: - стоимость основного состава работ (по видам работ согласно п.8 настоящего ТЗ); - сроки выполнения работ, в календарных днях - условия оплаты; - гарантийные сроки.:2. Дополнительные документы к КП:
1)СРО о допуске к видам работ, которые оказывают влияние на безопасность объектов капитального строительства;
2)Референс-лист на реализованные проекты по аналогичным работам;
3)ЛСР на выполнение работ (с ресурсной ведомостью и указанием единичных расценок);
4)Письмо с подтверждением численности и квалификации персонала для выполнения требуемых объемов работ (с приложением штатного расписания/договоров ГПХ/договоров субподряда)

Коммерческое предложение обязательно должно иметь подпись уполномоченного лица и печать компании (без подписи и печати КП не рассматривается).

По результатам коммерческой оценки среди участников может быть проведена переторжка.
