Polymetal Industrial Holding is a leading Russian gold mining and production company, one of the world's largest silver producers.
LLC Albazino Resources, part of the Polymetal holding company, asks you to consider the possibility of performing electrical work.
Place of work: Khabarovsk Territory, Amur District, Amursk, sh. Mashinostroiteley, 2, Production base of Albazino Resources LLC
Scope of work:
Installation of self-supporting insulated wire and cable over supports, in a trench, inside the building in accordance with the statement of work (Appendix No. 1 to the letter) and a statement of the volume of work (Appendix No. 1 to the Statement of work).
Terms of work:
beginning of work: 10/10/2019;
completion of work: 10/25/2019.
Detailed information on the implementation of work is set out in the Terms of Reference and its annexes. This information is required for detailed study in the preparation of a commercial offer.
We will be grateful to receive your commercial offer before 10:00 on September 23, 2019 at the b2b-center electronic trading platform with the following applications:
1. completed proposal card;
2. calculation of the cost of work (estimate);
3. confirmation of similar work from other customers (reference list);
4. scanned copies of documents confirming the availability of material and technical resources necessary for the performance of work;
5. scanned copies of permits to carry out this type of activity (provision of an extract from the Register of Members of SROs is mandatory).
Based on the received commercial offers, the contractor will be determined with whom a service contract will be concluded.

This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
