Comments: The commercial offer (offer) must NECESSARILY contain the following essential conditions:
- the name of the product with reference to the regulatory and technical documentation (GOST, TU, SRT, etc.), the MANUFACTURER;
- the quantity of products offered for delivery in the units of measurement corresponding to the Call for Bidding subject;
- the price of products per unit of measurement;
basis of delivery (place of delivery, method of transportation, information on the costs included in the price of the goods, the moment of transfer of ownership);
delivery period and delivery time of products;
- terms and conditions of payment for products.
The offer is valid for 1 month.
The delivered goods must be new (goods that have not been used, repaired, including those that have not been restored, which have not been replaced, consumer properties have not been restored), free from the rights and claims of third parties, made by own efforts or by dealer, as well as equivalent to third-party contracts.
A mandatory requirement is the availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods, a certificate of approval of the type of measuring instruments, a valid certificate of verification of measuring instruments or an impression of a verification stamp.
This notice is not a Bid Notice on the conduct of a request for proposals and has no relevant legal consequences. The Customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the open request for proposals procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.
The winner of the request for proposals will be selected by the Bidder who has proposed in aggregate the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.
