Payment terms:
Deferred payment 60 calendar days from the date of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
Up to the Buyer's warehouse in batches of at least 40 pieces according to the Buyer's request. Delivery time is not more than 15 calendar days from the date of approval of the request.
Comments: The Offer (Offer) must MANDATORY contain the following material conditions:
• product name with reference to regulatory and technical documentation (GOST, TU, STO, etc. );
• Quantity of products offered for delivery in the relevant units of measure;
• Product price per unit
• basis of delivery (place of delivery, method of transportation, details of costs included in the price of goods, when ownership was transferred);
• delivery period and delivery time
• terms and conditions of payment for products. Offer expires 1 month.
Requirement is to have certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods, a certificate of approval of the type of measuring means, a valid verification certificate for measuring instruments or a stamp stamp.
The item to be delivered must be new (goods that have not been used, repaired, including those that have not been restored, which have not been replaced, have not been replaced restored consumer properties), is free from the rights and claims of third parties, manufactured in-house or under dealership, and equating to them, third party contracts.
This notice is not a notice of a request for proposals and has no legal effect. The Customer has the right to refuse all offers received for any reason or to terminate the open request for proposals at any time without incurring any liability to suppliers.
The winner of the Request for Proposals will be selected as the entrant who has offered, in aggregate, the best feasibility and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.

For counterparties that have pre-registered with the System but have not received EDS and have not paid for membership in the System, it is possible to upload offers by the promoter on behalf of the counterparty. Documents are required for this:
• offers (offer) certified by the authorized person's signature and the organization's seal;
• a document establishing the right to act on behalf of the counterparty (e.g. power of attorney);
• letter refusing further claims on the occasion that the bid is not submitted by the bidder itself (in free form on the company's letterhead with the authorised person's signature).
