Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery terms:Delivery time: February. Transportation costs for delivery of goods to the Consignee's warehouse (or to a shipping company's warehouse in Yaroslavl) shall be paid by the Supplier.

Comments:
1. Participant must be a user registered at B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement system at http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure, and have the rights of the Participant of the System.
2. All the prices in the proposal shall include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4. If the supplier accepts the bid, it agrees in case of declaring the winner to conclude the contract on delivery of the model form of OJSC «Kordiant» without disagreements and to deliver on the terms specified in the announcement of the purchase.
