Restriction on submission of a bid lower than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is lower than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be reduced.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

-Продавец оказывает содействие в осмотре оборудования.
- Решение о выборе покупателя по результатам запроса предложений - принимается Тендерным комитетом/подкомитетом ОАО «АВТОВАЗ» и сообщается в соответствии с регламентом ЭТП.
- Выбранный поставщик для заключения договора представляет документы по списку в Приложении.
- Тендерный Комитет/ подкомитет ОАО «АВТОВАЗ» оставляет за собой право не признать победителем ни одного из участников.
