The Organizer has set a requirement as to the supplier's not being recorded in the register of mala fide suppliers. Supplier's compliance with this requirement shall be checked by the Organizer on their own.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Оплата производится Покупателем в два этапа, а именно:
• авансовый платеж в размере 70 % от стоимости Продукции Покупатель осуществляет по счету Поставщика в течение 10 (десяти) банковских дней со дня подписания настоящего Договора.
• окончательный расчет производится Покупателем по счету Поставщика после подписания товарной накладной ТОРГ-12, с последующим выставлением счета-фактуры, в течение 5 (пяти) банковских дней от даты, указанной в товарной накладной.
