Comments:
This invitation should not be regarded as an announcement of tendering or an invitation to bid, nor should it be considered as an offer or invitation to make offers. Accordingly, Articles 437, 447 - 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation do not apply to the selection of contractors. These procedures are also not a public tender and are not governed by Articles 1057-1061 of the second part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, the implementation of these procedures does not impose on BET JSC civil law obligations regarding the mandatory conclusion of an agreement with the winner of such procedures or another procurement participant. In addition, the Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse to accept all proposals and to carry out the procedure.
