Comments: 1. Unconditional consent to the conclusion of the contract in the Standard edition of PJSC "CHMK" (Appendix № 3).
The application of the letter of consent to the conclusion of the contract in the Standard edition of PJSC "CHMK" (Appendix № 4) is obligatory;
2. The equipment shall meet the requirements specified in the technical specification (annex № 2);
3. Mandatory attachment to the system of documents specified in the procurement documentation (annex № 1);
The duration of the TAP is not less than 90 days;
4. Year of issue-2019 year.
5. The quantity can be changed, due to the change of bids.

Please note that this request is not a notice of the competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by art. 447 – 449, 1 of the RUSSIAN CIVIL code, art. 1057 – 1061, 2 of the RUSSIAN CIVIL code. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
