1. In order to avoid any risks, the Company reserves the right to check potential suppliers for integrity and integrity by any available tools and methods.
2. Suggestions from participants on the register of unscrupulous suppliers will not be accepted.
3. A prerequisite for filling the tabular part on the ETP! Information relating to the parameters of the purchased products and other requirements of the procurement documents should be included in the offer fields in their entirety. Failure to comply with these requirements is grounds for rejection of this proposal.
4. Mandatory provision:

- Information letter about your company;
- Quality certificates for the products offered.
5. The product must be new (official confirmation must be loaded on ETP), packaged and protected from damage.
6. Participating are:
- Manufacturers of the requested products
- Official representatives, dealers (required to provide supporting certificates, certificates, official letters of authority from the manufacturer to sell the requested products);
7. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Compliance with all stated requirements;
- Offer price
- Member status (manufacturer, dealer)
- Delivery time;
- The participant's agreement with the drafting of the organizer's contract, signing the contract without a record of disagreements (official confirmation must be loaded on ETP);
- Fix the price for the entire delivery period from the time of participation in the procedure until the delivery of the goods at the customer's warehouse (official confirmation must be uploaded to the ETP).
This solicitation procedure is not a competition and is not governed by articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Russian Civil Code. Thus, this solicitation procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the customer.
