Per-item bid submission
Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The terms of fixing /revising the price are agreed upon by the Parties during negotiations; deferred payment of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods at the Buyer's warehouse
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out in separate batches at the request of the Buyer; delivery is carried out by the Seller; the cost of delivery is included in the total cost; tolerance +/- 10% of the total cost under the contract
