Delivery terms:The desired delivery time is April 2020. Transportation costs for delivery of goods to the Consignee's warehouse (or to a shipping company's warehouse in Omsk) shall be paid by the Supplier.

Comments:
1) The participant must be a user registered in the B2B-Cordiant Trading and Purchasing System on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in the prescribed manner and having the rights of the System Member.
2) All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4) By participating in the bidding Supplier agrees, if awarded the contract, to conclude a standard supply agreement of AO Cordiant without a protocol of disagreements and carry out the delivery subject to the conditions specified in purchase announcement.
5) Be sure to attach a quotation indicating the delivery time and terms of payment, and a Certificate (representative, partner ...)
6) Offers are accepted only from bidders at the B2B-Center site.
7) In cases where the counterparty is not a manufacturer of goods and materials, while he is not able to provide documents (the status must be confirmed by an official letter (certificate) of the manufacturer of goods and materials or information on the status of the supplier must be available on the manufacturer’s website), his proposal for the supply of goods and materials is considered the counterparty’s consent to include in the supply contract penalties in the amount of 100% of the amount of the delivered consignment of goods and materials in case of delivery that does not meet the conditions of the specification of goods and materials (delivery "unoriginal "TMC), and providing 100% delay of at least 60 days.
